How does the Referral Program work?
At Thunderbird Software Development we are constantly seeking outstanding talent to join our teams. We are convinced that there is no better person, but you, who are already part of our amazing team, to recommend candidates.
If you have someone you’d like to submit as a candidate, upload their contact details or CV in the form below, or alternatively, you can send an email to info@thunderbird-software.com
If we do hire the candidate, you will receive AUD 1,000 if the person you referred is a man, or AUD1,300 if it’s a woman.
The requirements needed to get the reward are that the candidate is not currently participating in our recruiting process and stays in Thunderbird Software for at least 3 months after being hired.
